SHIPPING METHODS AND TRACKING
The products are shipped to our customers through an external courier company. Right now, we are using 2 methods: DHL goods post international premium and DHL international premium.
Upon completion of the procurement process, an additional email will be sent to each orderer, second in number, in which he will be notified of the completion of the process and in which a tracking number will appear.
It is each customer’s responsibility to check the tracking number against the DHL tracking website and their country’s postal website before contacting us about the whereabouts of their shipment. Using these two websites you can know at any moment where the shipment is.
If for some reason the customer did not pick up the order even though it arrived at the post office near his place of residence, this will be considered his negligence in tracking or collecting and he will have no claim against Kronlitis.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are from one of those countries, we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Kronlitis Inc. is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping address
is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES
We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the laws of the place where the items were shipped – any customs fees, duties, VAT or local taxes once shipped.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees.
When they arrive in your country, you may be required to pay customs fees, duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the local authority. Customs fees, duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed after shipment are solely your responsibility. Kronlitis Inc is not responsible or liable for customs fees, duties, VAT, or local taxes.
SHIPPING TIME
If the product is already in the warehouse, the usual delivery time to the customer is about 7-25 days, depending on the destination address. You can see the delivery estimation on the cart/checkout page.
If, due to many demands, the product is not in the warehouse at the time of order, we will present to the customer before the order the estimated time for the package to arrive as a popup message. This doesn’t include our 2-5 days processing time.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. Shipping times are estimated. We will use our best efforts to process and dispatch your order.
Kronlitis Inc is not responsible for and disclaims all responsibility for loss or damage resulting from any delays in shipping.
Return Policy
If you have decided to return a product purchased from us, this can be done within 14 days from the moment the product arrives to you and only to the extent that it is packed in its original packaging.

Upon receipt of the product in its entirety to us, we will credit your account with the total price of the product, not including shipping fees.
If the product reaches you when it is defective, immediately upon receipt, please get in touch with us on the “Contact Us” page and detail the request. In addition, the defective product should be sent to the following:

Upon receipt of the defective product to us, we will send you a new and proper product at no additional cost, and we will also reimburse you for the shipping cost to us.
