If a month has passed and you still haven't received the shipment, do the following:
1. There is a black tracking number button in the email you received upon completion of the purchase process. Click on it. It will navigate you to DHL tracking site.
2. Read where your package is. If you have link for your local country post office click on it. It will tell you where in your country your package is.
3. If you didn't find a link to your local post office via the DHL website, google your country's postal tracking site, for example, if you live in Canada, Canada's post office tracking site. If you live in USA, USA's post office tracking site, etc. Paste your tracking number, which is to the left of the black tracking button in the email, into it and you'll get information on where your package is.
