These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. 

You agree that jurisdiction over any claims shall reside exclusively in the State of Delaware and that no action of any type may be commenced, brought, or maintained in any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. You further agree that any claims against us must be asserted by binding and final arbitration under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). 

Any such arbitration shall take place solely and exclusively in the State of Delaware and no other place or jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be subject to AAA rules. You agree that if you invoke or demand arbitration, you are solely responsible for your share of the arbitration fees and responsible for one-half (1/2) or your pro rata share of the costs of arbitration before AAA. 

You agree that the agreement to arbitrate and that jurisdiction and venue over such arbitration solely in the State of Delaware as the situs of exclusive jurisdiction for such arbitration is fair and reasonable and represents material consideration and inducement to Kronlitis to enter into the transactions contemplated herein.

SECTION 19 - Account, Password, Security

If we choose to register users, you may receive a password and username designation upon completing the registration process. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities under your password or account. You agree not to share your username and password with anyone. 

You agree to (i) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach and (ii) ensure that you exit your account at the end of each session. 

We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself where prompted (such information being the “Membership Data”). 

If you do not, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have not, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Products. Your Membership Data and other information about you are subject to our privacy policy.

SECTION 22 - Responsibility

Kronlitis’s products are not medicines. They are dietary supplements that do not come to replace medicines and/or medical advice.
In case of doubt as to whether this supplement is right for you, consult a qualified physician.

People who are allergic to one of the product’s ingredients, people with chronic liver diseases, people with hypercoagulability, venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism or pulmonary hypertension, Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and women who are planning an upcoming pregnancy, should avoid taking the product.

Children, patients with other diseases beyond IBD, patients who are currently taking drugs of the JAK inhibitors family such as Rinvoq or Xeljanz should consult a doctor before taking this supplement.

As with any nutritional supplement or medicine that is taken regularly, also during the use of Kronlitis Inc. products, urine and blood tests must be performed every 3-6 months with an emphasis on kidney and liver function tests to make sure that the body does not develop side effects following use. If any side effect is found, stop using the product and consult your doctor.

In any case, every order of the company’s products is the customer’s responsibility. Kronlitis is not and will not be responsible for any health or other consequences from using its products. 

Kronlitis disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express warranty, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, or implied warranties of any type. 

If warranties are implied, Kronlitis, Inc’s liability is limited to the value of the item(s) ordered or the minimal warranty imposed via
arbitration, whichever is the lesser. Nothing herein shall be construed as a warranty or an offer to warranty.
